The Anti-Aging Diet: Foods and Nutrients That Keep You Young

As we age, our bodies change. We lose bone mass and muscle tone, we can’t metabolize food as well, and we have less energy for everything from exercise to sex. Luckily, there are things you can do to slow down—or even reverse—these changes. The anti-aging diet is different from any other diet you’ve tried because it focuses on foods that help your body function at its best rather than weight loss or calorie restriction alone. In fact:
